video file will not submit to assignment, just gets stuck on submitting

I've used different bowers and even attempted using my mobile device with no luck each having the same issue, so could this be an upload speed issue or file issue ?

Hello  @ivan_villagomez  and welcome to the Canvas Community! Thank you for reaching out. I'm assuming your student correct? If so, do you know how large your media file is? The reason I ask is because Canvas mobile apps support media files up to 500 MB (https://s3.amazonaws.com/tr-learncanvas/docs/CanvasMediaComparison.pdf ).
