got an email from you with a link to course. Will not open

I am a student. I got an email from you today with a link to a course. When I open it all of the modules are greyed out and will not open. My computer and browser meet your standards and I tried turning off all browser security as well as opening in an incognito window to no avail. 
What is the problem?

This is a community forum for Canvas users from different institutions all over the world.  You will want to contact the actual instructor of the course with questions about why course content is not available in the course yet.
