error upload file for teacher from student

Dear Friends,

My students told us that: They are uploaded success exams file (pdf,doc,png) to teacher of course.

Cavas notification that he/she uploaded success.

But this file not on submission folder, and the teacher not see any file here?

why? This happened just a week ago when I used the API to GET information from the canvas.

Is it the reason?

Were other students able to upload files for their assignments ok? I'm curious if this was a class wide issue or a few students errors?

Some students in the same class have this problem.

I still haven't figured it out yet.
Students complained because they had a very low score due to the delay in submitting the test

Ok,  @vinhnq 

I would have the students begin by checking that they're using a supported browser  when they use Canvas.

They may also need to double check that they are submitting an acceptable file type.  If the instructor has the file type restricted they could run into problems there. [edited 4/23 to correct link]
