Why are some tabs not working?

I am currently attending Iowa State and we started classes on Monday. Up until now canvas has worked perfectly fine however the last few times I have accessed canvas within the last hour on my computer certain features don't work. For example when I click dashboard and nothing shows up and when I try and go to certain tabs within my classes, it just shows a blank white screen. I logged in on my phone and canvas is working fine on my phone. Why is it not working on my computer all of the sudden?

Howdy Conner,
Thanks for letting us know. I can imagine that might be frustrating. Canvas is fully operational. You may want to try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
- Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support?
Note that Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser. Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS. - If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?, but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
