Waypoint not syncing with Canvas?

I upload an assignment to Waypoint and it gave me a message stating "Your assignment has been successfully uploaded! But not synced with Canvas! Please contact Administrator"
I searched on discussions on both pages and couldn't find anything relevant to this.
Any ideas on which IT dept would take care of this issue? Or is it a don't worry about it?
