Underline reply in assignment

When I grade an assignment how can I underline a portion of my reply comment?

Hi  @wwilson4  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

In SpeedGrader, you can add annotations to submitted documents with a variety of graphic elements available. Learn more at https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-15081-4152719763 

However, the general  Comments area on the right does not include a Rich Content Editor (RCE), so does not support enhancing text.

You could submit this a feature idea, since I could not find an existing one for that. Learn more at How does the feature idea process work in the Canvas Community?‌
