Student Submitted Can't See on Instructor End

Hi,

I have had a few students that have recently submitted an assignment. However, on my end of the assignment, it is showing that they haven't submitted. When I look at the access report for the student it shows that they went to the assignment and viewed it. 

This is a simple attendance assignment where they type present or absent for our remote learning. So, it's not something they would look at and choose not to complete. Why would it show on the student end that it was submitted and not show on the teacher end? 

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi  @darmstrong  Welcome to the Canvas Community.

It might pay to check in with the students in question to see if they understand the process. If it's working correctly with other students they might need to have some extra instruction.

I also read that some students could not access the 'submit' button. Once they had refreshed the browser it was visible. 

Either way, it's a good opportunity to remind people of when to ask for help, and the processes you have in place.
