Scoring a matching question

Why does a matching question with 6 parts give a student a score of 0 if a student matched 5 out of the 6 questions correctly?  I would assume the student would get 5 out of the 6 points.

Not the answer you are looking for, I'm afraid.  In the meantime, you will have to manually override the scores or use fudge points.  Hope this helps a bit, Cindy.
