Respondus Lockdown Browser

I am unable to download Respondus Lockdown Browser on my chrombook and on my iPad.  Is there a setting that I can use to allow the download?

Hi  @aroybal3  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

Respondus Lockdown Browser does not support Chromebooks, except a special Chromebooks K-12 version. You can learn more at Respondus System Requirements. and at Respondus Chromebooks

There is a special app that must be downloaded for use on iPads, and you can learn more at Respondus iPads

Either your teacher or someone in your school's Canvas Admin/Support Department should also be able to guide you on all of this.
