Can you record a message to students on Canvas?

If you can how does it work?

Hi there  @myeong ...

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "record a message", but if you are asking if you can create an audio or video message to your students and then post it to an area such as a course announcement, then the answer is yes.  There are a couple options for you.  First you can do all your recording off-line (using your favorite audio/video editor), and then upload the audio/video file into your course.  Or, you can do everything online using the audio/video options that are available right inside Canvas.  Here are several Guides for you to look through...depending on if you are using the current Rich Content Editor (RCE) or the New RCE:

Where does the recorded file save? Can you retrieve the file from the Canvas Files tool?
