Quiz Closure

Hello:

One of my students indicates while taking a quiz she was kicked out of the system and she could not go back in.  Thus, I need help re-opening the quiz for the student.  

The quiz was set up so students could only take it once within a 7 day period. I tried changing the due date and resending the quiz to the student but it didn’t work. How can I re-open the exam for a student? Have a wonderful day!

Hey Marina,

If you click Moderate Quiz on the right hand side of the quiz page, you can give your student another attempt by clicking the pencil icon next to their name.
