Is anyone experiencing an issue with the LockDown Browser iPad app where students will be logged in to LockDown Browser and the Canvas course but there's a message that appears saying LockDown Browser is required for the exam. The only fix I've found is to completely close down the app, and then re-launch it. This has happened to a couple students in each class I've sat in on.

Sarah:
We experienced several reports of this earlier this term both on mobile devices and PCs. We submitted a ticket to Respondus, and this is the reply we got back:
"We see you listed the legacy Lockdown Browser 1.0.7. This browser has reached "end of life" where the Student Edition will expire next month.
As a first step, the student should download and install LockDown Browser 2.0.0.05 from Clover Park Technical College's unique download link "http://www.respondus.com/lockdown/download.php?id=Link ID deleted for security".
After updating to LockDown Browser 2.0.0.05, the student should start at the External Webcam Check at "http://www.respondus.com/webcam", preferably with Firefox. Follow up by starting LockDown Browser and running the "Webcam Check" under the "Webcam" icon in the LockDown Browser toolbar."
We updated our browser link, and have received no further complaints.
I hope this helps.
