Celebrate Excellence in Education: Nominate Outstanding Educators by April 15!
Good evening, @RosarioAlwagfi ...
I'm not exactly sure how to answer your question...as you haven't provided much detail for us. But, based on the subject line, I assume that you are a student? If that is the case, your instructor may have set up your course in a specific way that has requirements and/or prerequisites that would not let you continue on until you've completed other things first. This is ultimately a question that you'd need to ask your instructor about. You can contact your instructor by following the instructions in this Guide: How do I get help with Canvas as a student?.
If I have totally misinterpreted your question, please provide more details so that we here in the Community can continue to help you out...thanks!
I am a teacher. I was taking a quiz from the tutorial and instead of submitting I clicked return because I wanted to retake the quiz. Now I am not able to go forward, there is a rotating arrow that appears on the screen. I have tried to go out of the program and come back in, but I still see the rotating arrow.
@FranchettaAjibo The members of this forum can only access their own courses and accounts and won't be able to assist you with the tutorial progress. Your best course of action would be to contact Canvas Support (How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor? or How do I get help with Canvas as a student? , if you're enrolled as a student in that course).
