I have added a page to one of the modules, but students have been denied access. Please help.

The big question is, "is the page published?" How do I publish or unpublish a page as an instructor?
My next question is based on jargon - Is it a Canvas Page, or is it a file upload of some kind? if so, is the file restricted? https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12771-415241391
