Ok so by mistake I downloaded the Canvas "Student" app and entered my credentials and it logged me in, but it has me as a student, which I'm not, I'm a parent. I realized I downloaded the wrong app then proceeded to download the Canvas "Parent" app. However, when I enter my credentials it states: It looks like you aren't enrolled in any courses as a parent. One of our other apps might be a better fit and then it gives me options for Canvas Student and Canvas Teacher. Please help.

Hi @jopedraza215 -- There are a few other Community Members who have shared this about their experience with the Canvas Parent app. Unfortunately, right now, if the term isn't live, that message is displayed. I understand that can be confusing. While there's not anything we can do right now, I want to share there is a fix that will be released soon! Watch the Release Notes and/or your app store for updates!
