I just got my Mac fixed and when I get on canvas my discussion board in the Module where I am supposed to upload and respond to classmates says "Loading Replies" and it never loads them. How do I fix it? This is not happening on my PC,I want to use mac!

Hi  @whitcl9  Welcome to the Canvas Community.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

• Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
• Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support? Note that Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser.
• Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
• If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student? but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.

I'm hoping it's just a browser that's not up to date.

So in researching this problem I have found that Canvas is just not compatible with MAC if you have an older operating system.  I had my computer's operating system updated.  I am using Google Chrome browser and nothing has worked.

Hi,  @whitcl9 , updating the operating system is a great first step. Now, please check the version of the Chrome browser you're using to make sure it is supported: Chrome is currently on Version 79. If you continue to experience difficulties after updating the browser to the latest version, please ask Canvas Support to have a look at your device and environment to continue to troubleshoot on your behalf. General instructions for contacting Canvas Support are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student? but many schools customize their support setup, in which case ask your local IT Department to provide additional assistance.
