I have a lot a messages and would like to delete all the old ones, is there a way without having to do them individually?

I've never taken the time to delete old messages, I would like to do that, but is there an easier way than individually?

I'm not sure if you are an instructor or a student, but these two Guides describe how you can select multiple messages in your Canvas Inbox to delete them.
