How to Share a Resource from a Past Enrollment Course?

I would like to take a resource from a class I taught last term and since it's closed, the resource/assignment I want to share doesn't give me the three dots on the right end in order to get the menu to Share to Commons.  Help?

Thank you for your answer....seems a bit clunky though for one simple share to the Commons for one resource that I will probably use over and over.  I may have to go this route, then while my course is active, share it to Commons and then I'll have it for future enrollments.  Thanks.
