Hello there, @KayseCooper ...

I assume that you are a student wanting to know how to access your classes within your school's Canvas environment.  You've posted your question in the global Canvas Community website, and the vast majority of users here won't be able to access your course(s) or your school's Canvas environment.  So, we won't be able to answer specifics about your course.  But, we can provide some general Guidelines to get you started.  For starters, you might want to reach out to your instructor (How do I contact Canvas Support? - Canvas Community) or someone from your school's local Online Learning/eLearning department to see if they can provide some help to you.  Your instructor would be able to give you direction on how to get started with the coursework and where to find thing within your course.  There are also short tutorial videos you can watch that will walk you through some of the basics of Canvas.  Here are six videos on one page for you to start with: Getting Started with Canvas as a Student - Canvas Community.  If you want, you can also view other video tutorials following this link.
