How can I regain access to view folder contents in a specific class.

I am enrolled in multiple courses and am able to view all of them. However when I go into one of my courses portals none of the links/folders show any contents. All of the labels show up but when I click on a label, such as "assignments"or a specific module, nothing appears. I was able to access all files a few days before but the past day or two it has not worked. All of my other course portals seem to be working fine.

I assume that as it has been a while that the situation is resolved. However, if it is not I suggest you reach out to your instructor or Canvas Support at your institution - Canvas - Help | Office of Information Technology
