How can I explore the new admin view?

 @aapostolopoulos , I haven't heard of a new admin view of Canvas. There is a new Canvas User Interface (UI), but this doesn't actually change anything on the admin side of things. Here's a video showing the new UI - and you (if you have admin level rights) can go into your Beta or Test environment for Canvas and switch it over to the new UI and try things out - How do I access the Canvas beta environment?​ & How do I access the Canvas test environment?​

We are giving the Canvas Admins area a little bit of love (especially questions that are really, really old) and just want to check in with you.  This will also bring this question new attention.
