For multiple users and computers on our campus, the full-screen button (pictured below) on DocViewer (when previewing an attached file such as a PDF) does not work in Chrome.
The full-screen button works in Firefox on my computer. Does anyone know if there are Chrome settings blocking it that we can change or what might be the issue?

Hi Stefanie, Thank you for your reply. This is strange; I tried it again today and it is working. I wonder if there was a fluke yesterday.
@bkeith , I'm running the latest version of Chrome, which is 71.0.3578.98, and am not experiencing this issue with the full screen in DocViewer; it's working just fine. Is there a commonality among the hardware/software/OS setups for the users who are experiencing this? Have you asked them each to submit help tickets? A member of Canvas Support is in the best position to troubleshoot this issue.

One of my instructors had the exact same issue in December, with PDFs and version 71 of Chrome. He rolled back to version 70 and it worked fine again. Fine in Firefox, just that particular release of Chrome.
I believe it is functioning correctly now. It was such a random thing, reassuring to know it wasn't just us.
