I understand how to set up a conference, but how do you schedule a date/time for the conference?  Thanks, AEZ

I am the product manager for BigBlueButton.  While I work at Blindside Networks, the company that provides hosting for Canvas Conferences to Instructure, and can't speak on behalf of Instructure, I can respond to your question.

At the moment, there isn't any way to add a calendar entry for a Conference.   You can manually put in an entry in the calendar and link to the Conferences page.

We're hoping to make a tighter integration between the Calendar and Conferences at some point in the future

I know this is an older question, but the 15 Oct 2022 Canvas release includes a new option in Conferences when using BigBlueButton: Add to Calendar. This will create a new Calendar Event at a specific date / time with a link the the video conference.

However, I don't know that this restricts participation in the BBB conference to that date / time window.
