Changing Quiz Value

I have a quiz that I want to be worth 150 points (10 questions each worth 15-points). However I wrote 16 questions and let them pick any 10 they wanted to answer. Canvas wants the quiz to be out of 240-points. How can I adjust the denominator? Thanks for your help.

Hello  @tess_lesniak  Thank You for posting your question.  Welcome to the Community!  It sounds like you may want to use a question group within your quiz to have Canvas randomly select 10 of your 16 questions to display to your students ... each will be worth 15 points ... for a total of 150 points.  This will eliminate the 240 points (15 points * 16 questions) that you are now seeing.  How do I create a quiz with a question group to randomize quiz questions?   Once you create your question group with the rule of choosing 10 questions at 15 points each, you can drag-n-drop all 16 questions into this question group so that Canvas will randomly pick 10 of them for each of your students (each student gets a different set of 10 random questions).  If you are using New Quizzes (formerly Quizzes.Next), you can check out the information in this Guide: How do I add all items or a random set from an item bank to an assessment in New Quizzes?.
