Canvas and ProctorU test date setting

How do I change the setting that automatically sets dates for ProctorU. I want to set the dates manually. When I use the ProctorU link in one of my courses I can manually set the dates that limit access (in PU's Exam list they are listed as "live") in the other they are set automatically (listed as "auto") and I am not shown the same date setting entry boxes. PU chat is not able to tell me what to do.

I'm not really sure either.  You may want to open each assignment in a separate browser tab and put them side by side to compare any settings.  Then I would go into ProctorU and see if there is a setting that is different between the two.  My guess is that it would be on the ProctorU side since they own the integration, but I'm not confident there.
