Attach a rubric to the bottom of a discussion page

In discussions, I what to add a rubric and have it displayed at the bottom of the page? I can make the rubric and it will show if click on the box with three dots but I can't get it attach to the bottom of the page.

This isn't currently possible in Canvas Discussions, and is the subject of a feature idea: https://community.canvaslms.com/ideas/5749-display-discussion-rubrics-by-default
When I was teaching, I alternated between including instructions in the discussion prompt explaining to students how to access the rubric for the discussion (with a link to How do I view the rubric for my graded discussion?) and embedding a screenshot of the rubric in the prompt.
