Assignment Function

It doesn't look like I can add an attachment in the when setting up an assignment.  Am I missing something?

I am assuming that you are an instructor, correct?  Can you describe your process and/or provide a screenshot or two showing where you are not able to add an attachment to your assignment?  Any additional information from you will be helpful...thanks!  Take care, stay safe, and be well.
