'Advance Adaptive Release' analogue in Canvas

I am currently a TA for a course that is set up in eCampus, but we (as a university) are looking at transitioning to Canvas. Currently, our course is set up with 'Advanced Adaptive Release' criteria which allows new assignments to become available as students score above a minimum threshold score for each assignment. The course is set up to essentially run by itself as new assignments become available as old assignments are completed. Is there an analogue to this in Canvas where we can set assignment availability dependencies based on grades scored on other assignments? (i.e. Quiz 3 will not become available until a student scores at least an 80% on Quiz 2)

Yes, this is accomplished through the 'Score at least' requirement in the Modules progression, as described in How do I add requirements to a module?

I read How Do I Add Requirements To A Module, but I can't figure out how to accomplish this when the preceding module is a SCORM file. We are currently using Blackboard but will be transitioning to Canvas. Our students take the class in a SCROM file, which upon completion opens up the link to the exam. What trigger should I use at the end of my SCORM class to let Canvas know to unlock the next section?
