Account Admin at School Needs Field Admin Rights

As the new instructional designer at my school, I am also tasked with supporting users with any Canvas issues.  When I try to access the Field Admin console, I get an SSO error.  We use G-Suite to authenticate.  Do I need to log in with a normal account?

You probably need to check with your local Canvas admins about this.  The term "Field admin" is not a typical Canvas Role or term, so I'm guessing your school has created a custom role.  Plus, it's going to be difficult for any of us to know about your school's specific SSO and user account set up.  At my school for instance I normally create admin type accounts separate from the SSO, but I can't say that is typical.
