Access to Conference Recording New Student

I have a new student.  He would like to make up the two missed Conferences that took place before he joined us.  Is there any way we can allow him to access the recordings? Where we have concluded conferences, he has a blank field.  I assume because he wasn't "invited" he can't see them.  Is there a way to get him access?
