I am in canvas teacher app on my ipad but I cannot view any submissions.   It is showing needs graded but when I click on this there is a blank screen.   The assignments show on my laptop

I am having a similar problem. iPhone 11, latest version of the iOS, and the latest version of the canvas app. I read in another thread that it might be solved by clearing the cache of the app, but I’m not actually sure how to do this. Something about tapping the screen three times?

I'm having the same problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and rebooting my iPad. No change.
