Hello
Does anyone know of plug in tools that will work for speech to text including translation for different languages specifically for english to chinese and chinese to english? I am designing courses for online Chinese learners for english- in other words the course is in english for chinese teachers learning english. But often they could benefit from re listening to the embedded videos and read the caption in english and if they get stuck they can translate to Chinese.
What are you thoughts?
I appreciate any insights that you have learned or use!!
