[ARCHIVED] "Pages" function in Student Apps

When my students go to any "page" I've created, it doesn't pop up in their student app.  They can see it on the desktop and laptop computers.  But for some reason, the screen remains blank on phones.

Hi Tiffany - 

There are a number of things that could be causing this. It's really important that the device is on the latest OS possible and that the Canvas Student app is up-to-date as well. If those are good, then I would try to clear the cache on the next launch or to uninstall then reinstall the app.

If that doesn't clear things up, let us know. The Community will continue to troubleshoot.

I'd like to also ask if this is happening to all students or just a few? What do you see when you use the Student app?
