[ARCHIVED] "Forgot My Password" not working

I am putting my email into the "forgot my password" feature and hitting "request password, and I am never getting an email back from the system. I tried multiple times yesterday and then even tried again today. This is really not working for me that I can't reset my password, and there are no other ways to get help that I can either see or have been able to find, either a phone number or an online chat feature.
Someone, please help!
I know I'm putting in my email correctly.
Edit: I keep checking my Spam folder too

Hi, @tyler_cooper1 . I would recommend checking your email Spam folder to see if the emails are being redirected there. If you don't see them there I would contact Canvas support.

I did see this, but it looks like you navigate to and through this when you're logged into your account. Am I misinterpreting it?
The problem is that I can't get into my account. That's why I was trying to use the "forgot my password" feature, which created my posted problem of never getting an email from the system over the last 3 days now, in either my inbox or my spam folder.
