Welcome to the Canvas Community. Thank you for posting your question. On the "Pages" index page, those items are all alphabetized. You cannot re-order them on that page. However, many people hide that particular course menu option from students (How do I manage Course Navigation links?) and use the "Modules" index page to organize their content. You can put as many modules on that page as you need...and then populate it with your "Pages" content pages in the order that you want...for each module. Would that work for your needs?
