Also, is it possible that you might have lost sight of the quiz, without deleting it? In my case, I could not see the quiz I had made the previous week, so I thought it might have been deleted. All I could see were options to "Build." None of the questions could be seen, so I thought it meant it was necessary to start over, and "build" from scratch. In fact, when I clicked "Build," I saw all of the questions were still there. The Quiz is up and working. Hope that might work for some of you, too!
