Welcome to the Canvas Community! Try the troubleshooting steps in What to do when Canvas looks 'big' or 'zoomed in'! and see if that resolves the issue. Also, it's always a good practice to make sure that your browser is up to date (What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas?) and that your internet connection is steady; I've seen pages display that way on occasion when wifi cuts out temporarily.
