Hello, @dk44 ! Your authentication into Canvas is managed by the La Vernia ISD. Since you haven't yet received a response to your requests for a password reset, the best thing to do would be to contact the local admin or eLearning department for your district. I found this page for La Vernia faculty that might get you closer to the help you need: Staff / Staff Home —and if you're a student, there is contact information on the La Vernia home page.
