When you are on your Dashboard, click on "Courses" on the left side of your screen, and then "All Courses". Do you see any of your courses listed on that screen? If so, they may not be "published" yet...which means that the instructor is not yet ready to release the content to you and your classmates. However, if you still do not see your courses listed on this screen, I would highly recommend that you contact someone at your school...such as a local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department. They should be able to help you with this request. See also Why can't I access my Course as a student?.
