Every school that uses Canvas as their LMS has a unique URL that they log in to. I tried searching the Middlesex County College website, and I found the following page which has all the information you need to sign in (scroll down to the Frequently Asked Questions section, and there's a question there about how to access your online courses): Online & Hybrid Courses | Academics.
