[ARCHIVED] announcement disappeared

I noticed that announcements I made last week are no longer in the Announcement field. Why would they disappear? How can I check if they actually were posted?

 @carol_brown1  Welcome to the Canvas Community! Can you elaborate on what you mean by "announcement field"? Have you customized the home page for this course so that it displays announcements at the top, or are you referring to the Announcements page itself?

Hi Stefanie, I am posting regular announcements to the page VCA Dance community but when I go back into it the history of my announcements is not there?  I would like to see the announcement trail to track communications with students. Thanks for your help. Carol

 @carol_brown1 ‌, I took a look at VCA Dance community and saw three announcements: March 23, March 29, and April 28. If this doesn't represent the full list of announcements you've posted to that course, please ask Canvas Support for assistance. Your school has customized its Help menu so that help options display on the "LMS Support" button. Please select the Report a Problem option or take advantage of the 24/7 hotline provided by the university to ask a support agent to investigate the whereabouts of the announcements.
