Welcome to the Canvas Community! You probably don't realize that you've posted your question in a global forum where people gather to exchange their ideas and practices around Canvas software. The members participating here don't have access to accounts and courses other than their own, so they won't be able to look at your course and figure out why you aren't able to access your grades. Please contact your instructor for additional guidance. The quickest way to do that is to send the instructor a direct message through the Canvas Inbox (How do I send a message to a user in a course in the Inbox as a student?). I also found this page of resources for students on your school's website, and possibly one of the contact methods listed there will help you get the answers you need: Students
