[ARCHIVED] Why my course is not showing on Canvas?

One of the courses that I have paid for is not showing on Canvas.It starts on the 7 October so it should be there already.The university s@taff does not reply to my calls or emails.Anybody can help?

You have posted your question in the Canvas Community public forum. This forum is designed to answer questions regarding how to use the Canvas Learning Management System. As such, we cannot answer questions that are specific to your school.
It may be that the instructor of the course has not published the course to make it available to students. At my school, instructors do not have to make courses available until the day they are scheduled to start. Please make sure to check your Courses > All Courses area and confirm that the course is visible there. You should also be able to see the Published/Unpublished state.
