Hi Ira -

Each student's pairing code can only be once, and it expires after a certain amount of time. Can your student create a new one? How do I generate a pairing code for an observer as a student?‌

I couldn't get the pairing codes to work when trying to create an account from a web browser. When I tried through the Canvas Parent app on my iPhone the pairing codes finally worked. Hope this helps!

I check thats odd it says that it doesn't work for the mobile version.
