[ARCHIVED] Why is my canvas not working?

When i log into my canvas, it all is just white and doesn't show up with my classes and even when I go onto my class the long way, nothing will load?

Hi there,  @cmeek5  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  It sounds like this may be a browser issue.  Are you using either Firefox or Chrome?  Those are the two preferred browsers.  Please note that Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser when using Canvas.  Please check out this Guide: Which browsers does Canvas support?‌  Also, if you are using Firefox or Chrome, make sure that the browser is up-to-date.  https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001388.htm
