[ARCHIVED] Why is canvas always blank on my iPad, but not on my laptop?

On my iPad, I can log into Canvas without any problems, but when I try to access information in my classes in "Files" or "Modules" or even the syllabus, it's like the page never loads. I can see the HTML tag is correct, but on my iPad, it doesn't show my files or links or assignments. On my laptop, it works just fine. I've tried four other browsers, so I know it's not related to which browser is used. Does Canvas just hate Apple products or...? Please help.

@kvm5946 , unfortunately, if the device you're using is too old to support updated browser versions, and/or if the device OS doesn't support the apps, you'll need to switch to a different device. We have to periodically have to update Canvas so that it can take advantage of the capabilities of more modern web technology in use by a majority of users and to guard against security and performance issues with older technology.
