[ARCHIVED] When I log into canvas, it keeps saying my access is denied. Is this a glitch with the system?

I've tried multiple times, and every time it keeps saying denied. Is this a glitch? If not, what can I do to fix this?

Thanks for posting your question. Sorry that you are having difficulty.
My first suggestion to you would be to clear your browser's cache/temporary internet files. Then close and re-open the browser to try again. If you are still getting the issue, it is possible that the course or page you're accessing has been unpublished. Additionally, sometimes this message occurs when the link you're clicking on is for a course that you're not currently enrolled in (perhaps the professor has included the wrong link).
If clearing your cache didn't help, you'll want to seek out help from your 1) professor, or 2) support at your institution 3) or contact Canvas Support (by clicking on the Help menu and then Report a Problem). Good luck and hope this helps.
