I am so sorry, but I have no idea what a "Springfield Launch IT Number" even is, and I doubt if many in the global community of Canvas users will know either. Google tells me that it is an online school option for Missouri K-12 students, and I suspect you can find a way to get some help from this page: Launch Students.
