[ARCHIVED] What happened to SpeedGrader?

Today there is no way for me to mark texts, sections, words, sentences etc in SpeedGrader, I can only read them and choose what grade it got, not correct them in any way. Is this a temporary fault or is it a new change in Canvas. Aren't we supposed to correct texts in the program any more?

How was the assignment submitted by the student?  Did the student use the text entry option?  Was a file (such as a Microsoft Word document or PDF file) submitted?  Depending on how the assignment was submitted, that will determine if you are able to use the annotation tools to mark up the student's work.
