I am hoping that there is a work around having option answers as images rather than words of drop-downs.

for eg: From the drop-down options below, is there a possibility that these options are actually images. this may be helpful for user interactivity and ease of understanding it visually.

I wonder if this ideas is already posted or

In Classic (Old) Quizzes, the workaround for this is to use multiple dropdowns, as described in more detail in Matching quizzes with images
